I hit the Bellingham Farmer's Market this Saturday and found sunflower sprouts. I had forgotten about these; we received them in our organic delivery bin last spring and loved them. My toddler has been eating them out of hand and the rest of the family has enjoyed them in salads and on sandwiches. So this is another way for me to introduce fresh, raw greens to my toddler who is having trouble eating lettuce, spinach etc.
