When your husband is gone for 2 1/2 weeks out of the month on business and the month hasn't ended yet, what do you do?
I have no idea! But I was desperate so I bought myself some flowers, picked up a pizza and steamed some broccoli. I think it all looks good together! The pizza has carbs, protein (cheese and pepperoni) and fruit (pineapple). So with the broccoli I am going to consider that a complete meal - ha! The girls loved it (of course) and it was easy.
Sometimes, I just have to get food on the table and try again the next night for perfection.
